okay, here's the itty bitty scene

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Mrs. G and Jo~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mrs. G: *sympathetic * Are you scared about the exam, or the results?
Jo: Both. Mrs. G, what if they aren’t the great, trustworthy doctors we think they are, and they try to hurt me too. It’s already bad enough that this happened.
Mrs. G: *sympathetic * Oh, Jo, they won’t do that.
Jo: Well, I didn’t think this would happen to begin with, but it did.
Mrs. G: Jo, I’ll be there with you, holding your hand. Blair will be there, holding your hand. They wont’ do anything that you don’t want them to.
Blair: *walks in while Mrs. G was talking * That’s right. *Blair smile * We’ll be right by you, holding your hands the whole way.
Jo: Well, I guess you can go in with me, Blair…
Mrs. G: *thinking that the girls will wants to be alone to talk * Well, I think I’ll go check on Natalie and Tootie…
Blair: Okay. I’ll let Jo hit the nurse’s button when she’s ready, and we’ll go to the exam room.
Mrs. G: Perfect. *hugs Jo, but Jo pulls away again-she looks disappointed but smiles, and then gives Blair a hug * See you later girls. *leaves *
Blair: Jo, how’d this happen?
Jo: I went out looking for you, and this guy…he came up to me and he…*cries really hard * he..
Blair: *sits next to Jo and rocks back and forth with her…kinda like Mrs. G in Double Standard * Shhhh... It’s okay. He can’t hurt you anymore. *they sit there fore several minutes-Blair holding Jo, just letting her cry *

okay, you guys, as promised...I'm glad you like it..

*Mrs. G is out w/Nat and Tootie*
Nat: So, is she going to?
Mrs. G: She sound slike it-if Blair goes with her. Blair's the only one she'll let close to her. She barely lets me touch her.*tear falls, Natalie and Tootie come and give her a hug* Thank you, girls, I needed that. I just hope she's alright.
Nat: So do we, Mrs. Garrett.
Tootie: She's gotta be alright. I mean, she's Jo. She's tough. She's a fighter-She can make it through anything.
Mrs. G: *wipes away a tear* You know, Tootie, you're right. She can do it. We just need to stay positive.
~~~~~~~~~Blair/Jo scene!!~~~~~~~
Blair: Are you ready to go in for that exam, yet?
Jo: I guess so...*pushes the nurse's button* If you'll come with me.
Blair: What friends for? *smiles*
Jo: One thing though, before I do, I want you to tell Mrs. Garrett I'm sorry.
Blair: *surprised* For what?
Jo: That this hapened and that I disobeyed her and went out looking for you.
Blair: Jo, this isn't you fault, and Mrs. Garrett knows that.
Jo: It IS me fault, and Mrs. Garrett's probably disappointed in me.
Blair: Jo! Stop. It's NOT your fault.
Jo: I tried to fight him..*cries* I couldn't...I just...I wan't strong enough.
Blair: *holds Jo again* No one expects you to be.
Jo: But I always am.
Blair: Jo, that doesn't matter. No one's disappointed because you couldn't stop him.
Jo: Just tell her...
Nurse: *comes in* Did you push that button?
Jo: Yea, I'm ready now...to have that exam done.
Nurse: Alright, I'll be back in a minute with a doctor. He'll probably do the exam in here so you don't have to move...
Jo: *sigh* Okay..*nurse leaves*
Blair: I'll be right back, Jo. I'm gonna go talk to Mrs. Garrett. *as she turns around to leave you see a single tear roll down her cheek, but she quickly wipes it away and heads to the waiting room*

Blair:*cries* Mrs. Garrett, I'm out here because...because...
Mrs. G: *holds Blair* shh...It's alright...Come over here and sit down...*they sit down on a couch and Mrs. G holds Blair like Jo in Double Standard...*
Blair: I have to go back in there soon...Jo told the nurse she's ready for the exam in I'm in there... but Mrs. Garrett! She's just not her anymore.*hysterical* She wanted me to come out here to tell you that she's sorry she disappointed you with this, and I told her you weren't disappointed and that you knew it wasn't her fault, but she doesn't believe me...and..
Mrs. G: *puts a finger to Blair's mouth* Shh..don't talk...you're hysterical...*Blair lays her head against Mrs. G's shoulder and cries* Did you cry with Jo, in there?
Blair: *shakes her head no*
Mrs. G:Oh...Blair, you tried to be the strong one..*rocks back and forth with her* Cry, Blair. It's okay. This is horrible for you, I know.
Blair: And...It's my fault.
Mrs. G: No, Blair...
Blair: Yes, it is. Mrs. Garrett, if I hadn't been late, she wouldn't have gone looking for me, and this wouldn't have happened.
Mrs. G: No, Blair. Don't do that to yourself. It's not your fault.*hugs her tighter* IT's not your fault, and you couldn't stop it.
Blair: *looks up, still crying* Are you sure?
Mrs. G: I'm positive.
Blair: Really?
Mrs. G: Really. I promise.
Blair: *huddles closer to Mrs. G* I guess you're right. Thank you, Mrs. Garrett.
Mrs. G: Anything for my girls.*smiles*
Blair: *looks up and smiles* WEll, I better go back in there with Jo.
Mrs. G: *that's right. *wipes tears off Blair's cheeks* She won't let me, because she wants you.
Blair: But why me, Mrs. Garrett? You could help her so much more.
Mrs. G: Because she doesn't feel like she's disappointing you. She's not disappointing anyone, but she feels like she is, and you're the only one that she knows she can count on.
Blair: That doesn't make sense...you're always there for us, especially when something bad happens and we need you. Jo needs you. Come in with me Mrs. Garrett.
Mrs. G: Blair, let's not push her into anything. That won't help at all.
Blair:Mrs. Garrett, Jo needs you in there. I need you in there. Please?
Mrs. G: Well...

okay you guys...I didn't get as much written as I thought I would..I spent time with my family yesterday, and today I was helping a friend out with something that took a LITTLE longer than I expected..plus, our Internet service was messing up again, so, that kinda sucked...anyways, here's the dinky little part I've got...sorry I couldn't post more...

Nurse: *comes into the waiting room* Is there a Blair in here?
Blair: Yes, that's me..
Nurse: Miss Polniazcek's asking for you...
Blair: Okay, I'm on my way. *grabs Mrs. Garrett's hand and pulls her down the hall*
Mrs. G: Blair, I don't know about this..I..
Blair: Mrs. Garrett, Jo needs you, whether she thinks so or not. So, you're going to be there, letting her know taht you're not disappointed in her. *goes into Jo's room, still pulling Mrs. g) Hey, Jo. I brought someone to see you.
Mrs. G: Hi, Jo.
Jo: *kinda sad* Hey, Mrs. G...
Mrs. G: *goes over and sits by Jo on the bed* Jo, I'm so sorry this happened...*hugs Jo and sits with her arm around Jo's shoulders*
Jo: *tries to back away , but Mrs. G doesn't let her, so she relents and buries her head in Mrs. G's shoulder and cries*
