That was Stan's psychiatrist, who was dating Carol Westen. There was supposed to be some anonymity in Stan's diagnosis, but he told Carol about two patients with different names -- Dan and Morothy. So, in the continued meeting, he said he'd give them 1/2 price.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'll guess Miles, when he was having lunch out on the lanai with his daughter and Rose. Rose had put red hots on the meal she made.
