I actually remember seeing E/R in reruns on Lifetime back in the early 90's, and I agree, it was a horrible show. It just didn't make for a very good sitcom. I think George Clooney was on this show before he appeared on the Facts of Life.

Right on!!! ER was bad!! A good new show like Charles began life with a limp being paired up with that turkey. As we know, new shows are like flowers. They just the right the amount of care and attention if you want them to have the best chance to flourish. If Charles had been in a better time slot...who knows
