Very interesting case but very little information to come from it sadly.

Has anyone else found that some of this season’s cases are just not all that mysterious? Several cases have a prominent suspect but no hard evidence to bring about charges. It’s good that this podcast shines a new light on these cold cases. I just don’t think that they necessarily meet the “mystery” part of Unsolved Mysteries.

Many of the podcasts I have listened to seemed to be more about prosecuting someone than exploring really mysterious cases. I don't know why this is, but I suspect it has to do with the over-saturation of the market. More mysterious cases, Maura Murray, Asha Degree, Leah Roberts, Joe Pichler, etc. have been discussed to death on the internet, and most of the unheard of cases are unheard of for a reason, they are not that mysterious. I think a certain bias has also crept into the production of these that likes to ignore obvious risk factors in disappearances (drug use, criminal involvement, etc.) which results in cases that are presented as mysterious, but in reality have obvious indicators of what led to the disappearance/murder. |

I think Shelia Moses, sister of Daniel AKA The BBQ Man from the latest podcast, was fascinating. She just had "it". Very compelling to listen to.

The podcast does a great job of conveying the feelings of the loved ones affected by these mysteries. |

They are covering UFO/paranormal stuff too right?
I'd like to see them do: Betty and Barney Hill Antônio Vilas-Boas Travis Walton Allagash Abduction Rodney Little Abduction Linda Cortile Pascagoula Abduction UFO/Bigfoot connections (like the 1988 abduction in Oregon) So much wonderful they could cover |

Double Murder might the most 'known' or famous case the podcast or the new series has covered. I am actually kind of surprised they didn't use this case for the Netflix series. Very weird and I would love to know what happened.

I wasn’t familiar with this case before last week.
Could the killer have shot the older man in the head and then decapitated him to hide forensic evidence, presuming the bullet was lodged inside? |
