Then I go on my back...but then I like sleeping on my stomach more, so I lay on my stomach...and that repition for about a half hour till I go to sleep. Back. I can't stand to sleep on my stomach. So I'm one of the few back people here.

I sleep on either my side or on my stomach. Whichever feels the most comfortable works for me. I have tried a dozen of times to sleep on my back . . . but it doesn't work because I always end up getting back pains.

I dunno how anyone can sleep on their back! I have a really bad back and that kills me!

SLEEP??

I Havent gotton a good sleep in along time.. The mattress I have is a piece of crap!!

But I usually sleep on my side... (I gotta take ZZZSLEEP and even then It doesnt really help much

)

Seems like I have to literally exchast myself before I can fall asleep... I guess I have so much stress and Anxiety,I cant sleep well... Part of the problem...
