Well, I just don't like AP jokes if they rocket my hopes about something I love and really want. But I knew from the subject line of this thread it was fake, lol.

I thought it was adorable, SM! Even though your link didn't work, I still clicked.

Like CFR said, we like to laugh, here. Thank you!

I welcome any goofy pranks and reason to make us laugh!! Especially at this time so prank away!!

In fact, Sitcommania's mistake at his prank attempt only made it all the more funnier.
why should I care? If more April Fool's pranks (even those Coronavirus-related) just mean getting people angry, you can be prepared to lose a few friends. I am not going to fall for any April Fool's pranks, period. I'm just not in the mood for it with the current climate and everything.

I truly don't understand what you're talking about. What does an April Fool's joke have to do with the virus? This was about FOL and I saw absolutely nothing that was remotely connected to the virus in Sitcommania's prank. It was all about the show!

I think you have the virus on your mind too much and are connecting it with everything else. I can understand that though because it's been on overload in the news.

I just don't see how ANYONE could have gotten angry or offended from this thread. April Fools is FUN!! Let's not suck the fun out of the few happy things we have left!!

Well, I have seen AF joke threads before that went bad because people were really upset things that had long dreamed for and saw was "news" here turned out to be a joke. I can't remember if was this FOL board, but I've seen it around this website before.

Really?! But they're only done on April 1st, so only the really daft, or people who don't have calendars would be easily fooled. Are we going to ban April Fools jokes now for the too sensitive?

Looking back I should have made it about a video titled “Cut scene from “Gossip”— Cindy sideeyes Jo and says “We already have a tomboy!” or something equally as unlikely.

I'll make you understand, even if it means repeating what I already said. People might not feel like celebrating April Fool's Day because of the Coronavirus pandemic alone. You want to be mean, but I'm only being real. I really do not have to fight with you about this. Maybe it would be better if we took this to the Chit Chat forum.

I really didn’t mean to upset anyone or cause an argument. I’m sorry about that. Also, as I’ve pointed out, my joke bombed, and I had to retract pretty quickly, so hopefully no one got their hopes up too high! Again, sorry.

I don't think you did anything to be sorry for. It was a joke and harmless at that. Like I pointed out, there are others here who do it all the time. Just because one person wants to be a lunatic on these boards to the extreme of being a laughable joke themselves doesn't mean you should apologize or change how you want to post on here. I say ignore the crazy guy and continue to have fun

Alright, I accept your apology, SitcomMania. If not for the current Coronavirus pandemic, I'd have just laughed it off (or said something on the lines of, "Eh, screw this!") and ignored it completely.

Okay, now you're just adding fuel to the fire and getting me even more upset. IMHO, I don't think you should be directing words like "lunatic" and "crazy" at me again. Not appropriate. I don't need to succumb to personal attacks like these.

We dont make fun of the later eps, we pretend lost girls appear in them but this is no different. I think we can all use a little joking around ESPECIALLY now.
