They're called Twinkle Candy lollipops. And, you obviously haven't checked Hallmark, because thats where they sell them ALL OVER AMERICA. Check there.

Oh sorry, I guess they're just at Alston's Hallmark then. If theres any Alstons Hallmark locations near you, they'll probably have them there.

I found these a loooooong time ago. Theyre like Blair's except they aren't on a wire...I saw 'em and my friend gave me her little sigh when I went "BLAIR HAD A LOLLIPOP LIKE THAT!!!" So I bought like 489745456794.

Well, Blairs werent exactly on a wire, it was just a plastic flexible stick. What were yours on?
