(It really makes me wonder: did The Cook™ live above the cafeteria before Mrs. G took over those duties? I know, I know: there was no cook, there was no upstairs above the cafeteria, because there was no S2 cafeteria, but there's a part of me that just wants things to fit together.)

Oh I know the feeling, but this is easier for me to let go because the cafeteria is such a totally different "summer camp" little room.

I had thought of that... But I don't think it can be. Mrs. G introduces The Girls to Howard in S2, as if they've never met. But Molly is familiar with the cook in S1.

And isn't Howard new in the job, in S2? Will have to check that.
