Antenna TV has done a good job in bringing back old shows so what about..............

And other than that Television Favorites DVD that came out years ago which I imagine is now out of print, there are no DVD's of the show either. Strange.

I doubt that a network would care whether or not his family wants it shown if they thought they could make money from it. Freddy Prinze was only in 63 episodes which is less than 3 seasons. Plus everyone knows he committed suicide during the run and that makes the show unpleasant to watch. The shows with the replacement kid were embarrassing and never should have been made.

Yes that's what I was alluding to in my other post, since Freddie committed suicide during the 3rd season might make the show unpleasant to watch for many people, regardless of if his family would want the episodes to be shown or not. As long as there isn't a lot of public interest in the series, the chances are probably low for it to be shown on TV or released on DVD. They tried to continue on with the show and had a 4th season, but I agree it would have been better to just cancel it after season 3.

Maybe it bombed in syndication which is why they don't show it. I don't know if the suicide has anything to do with it because there are some shows that air where the people did sick things.
