When I first started this thread, I told you guys about a "Brady Bunch" episode that I considered to be very similar to the "Gimme a Break!" episode called "Samantha's Protest". The "Brady Bunch" episode is called the "Snooperstar". I have also mentioned how, here in New Jersey, there is a local channel that shows syndicated episodes of a lot of old shows including "The Brady Bunch". On Sundays, they show "Brady Bunch" episodes from noon until two o'clock. I would just like to mention that, at twelve-thirty today, that particular episode was on. Boy did it bring back memories! |

That channel does show some other good shows like Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, Love Boat, Gilligan's Island, etc. |

I agree that ME TV does show a lot of good shows that I have pleasant memories of. I am very happy that it is covered under my plan! |

ME TV also plays Mama's Family on weeknights. That's a good one.

I have already watched quite a bit of "Mama's Family" on that network. I find it very entertaining. |

I guess that, if I had to pick, I would pick the episodes with Bubba. I thought that he was pretty cool. In the later years, they acted as if Vint's two children with his first wife never existed. I believe that it was the last episode of the series in which Vint's second wife gave birth to their first child. |

In the "Snooperstar" Cindy was determined to become the new Shirley temple and star in a movie. In "Samantha's Protest" Katie was determined to get asked out by the handsome boy in from the protest. In the first place, both babes had ambition that had no place to go. In the second place, they both made fools out of themselves in their attempts to reach a goal that they had no way of reaching. |

I cannot say as I know. I guess that they were just written out in the same way that Uncle Ed was written out of "Gimme a Break!". |
