A piece of paper (sometimes several pages) given to schoolkids w/questions on them that have to be graded on by teachers for the purpose of evaluating a student(s) learning by grade (either letter grades A-F or GPA Grade Point Average). Also known as an exam or the Great Tension Headache (SAT's)

or:

Determining whether a product is working right. In this case the boards which are working Great!

The message boards that is...not the school boards.
