Who's The Boss!!
I didn't care too much for Fran Drescher aka Fran Fine and her nasally voice as it could get irritating after awhile of listening to it. Who's The Boss had a better overall wholesome family appeal to it as well plus a better cast in my mind.

Who's The Boss. Both are really not favorites of mine but I like the atmosphere of Who'sThe Boss better. It is more pleasant to watch.
