One person above (factsoflife) mentioned Estelle Getty. There have been a lot of people who played the same character in two different shows, usually as a result of a "spin-off". Ms. Getty, however, had a recurring role playing the same character in three different sitcoms! She appeared as "Sophia Petrillo" in "The Golden Girls", "Golden Palace", and "Empty Nest". I do not know of anyone else who has done that.
