I worry a lot .. not so much for tests because I usually know if I'm going to do good or not depending upon how much I studied but I worry about bad stuff happening a lot. Especially at night.. I always think I hear stuff.

I constantly worry! If I didn't have anything to worry about, I find something
to worry about. |

Good luck with your surgery. If you wanna talk, IM me. I've had knee surgery, mine turned out pretty okay. I mean, I couldn't play basketball again, but they put my kneecap back in place so I could walk properly. D

A few people have mentioned being sufferers of depression. I dunno if worrying all the time is symptomatic of depression. I used to be depressed but I was angry all the time - not worried.
At school I never used to worry about exams or tests. I had a pretty laid-back attitude towards that kind of stuff. The way I see it is "what ever happens, happens". I tend more to worry about insignificant little things, like I'm sitting at my desk at work and thinking "sh#t - did I forget to set my VCR to tape 'The Amanda Show?!!" (or some other stupid show that I dunno why I bother watching). And then I'll end up phoning my mum at her work to get her to go home and tape it for me! Or I'll be freaking out because I can't find some stupid magazine that I've been looking for. I should be worried about how bad I am at my job, or how disasterously I'm gonna fail the accounting section of my SVQ course, or how I'm gonna be single for the rest of life if I don't get my hiney in gear and get out more! But worrying about those things takes effort and I just don't have the energy anymore. |

There's only two things that make me worry alot. The first is of course school and my obsession with grades which makes me worry about if I'll get a good grade or not. I even have nightmares about it and don't sleep all night when that happens. Then there's my fear of people. I'm always worrying that someone is going to hurt me (even though its never happened) at school. I don't worry about anything other than that though.

I worry WAAAAAAAY too much over certain things. It's most the insignificant stuff I worry over, though. Sad, but true.
