I agree. Nick was a good network back then. Now it's trying to destroy itself.

If N@N would do block scheduling, they could show all of these great shows and still keep the others.

Me neither, in my opinion "Cheers" is so BORING!!! I cannot understand why they are not adding "Perfect Strangers" like they said a while back they would.

Amen. The only good show left on N@N is "The Brady Bunch." Gone are "Happy Days," "Laverne & Shirley," and "The Wonder Years." Those were great shows! Why didn't they keep them longer?

N@N has been full of false promises. They said they'd add "Perfect Strangers", "The Ropers", and "Three's a Crowd" but they never did

I think that Three's Company (and Diff'rent Strokes and Family Ties) are the only reasons for NAN.
Here's how I would have it:
ALL TIMES CENTRAL

8pm:The Facts of Life
8:30:Family Ties
9pm:Three's Company
9:30:Laverne & Shirley
10pm:Diff'rent Strokes
10:30:Happy Days
11pm:FOL
11:30:FT
12am:TC
12:30:L&S
1am:DS
1:30:HD
2am:FOL
and so on.

I think we all agree that TPTB at N@N are pretty clueless
when it comes to what fans REALLY want!
I mean I think most of us want more VARIETY of shows and
not just the same 4 or 6 shows every night.
Also why do they put a show like TC on so late?
I'd love to see TC put back in the 9:00 slot myself.

You see, I am not a fan of FOL (thank goodness they took it off.) Diff'rent strokes, Family Ties and so on. They do have BB on!

I wish Nick at Nite would go further back in its history and just air the classics (it once aired) from the 50's, 60's, and 70's. I don't see why they gotta air all of the newer classics such as "Cheers".
To me it is pointless.

I like Cheers, but I agree that NAN is not the place for it, esp. when I can see it on practically every local station that I have!
I think it would be neat if they would start an hour earlier (like they used to) with 50's programs for an hour, then an hour of 60s shows, etc. etc. through the 90s and rotate the schedule every now and again.

To me, they're not even classic yet. I mean, do you consider a 1982 Chevy Citation "classic"?? Okay, bad example, Citations will never be classic. But my point is that cars from the 80s aren't "classic" yet, so why are TV shows?

Cheers is not just about people getting drunk all the time, people rarely ever get drunk at cheers. I really like Cheers and I think its a funny show. I'm glad they added it to n@n because I don't get it on local stations at all. Its not completely a classic yet but I still think its a good show. N@N Is going to be adding Full House and Roseanne....are those classics? Thats pretty poor they could be adding a lot better shows.
