He and She. The show essentially laid all of the groundwork for smart, adult comedy on TV. The Mary Tyler Moore show took the foundation of the show (even had all of the same writers) and were successful with it a few years later.

Bewitched-er-sort of-It dealt with mixed marriages-Not black/white like the 1970's-Norman Lear stuff-but witch/mortal.Nor did it beat you over the head with relevance,like some 1970's comedies.It was fun ,like most -if not all-1960's comedies were.

And also,"Hazel",in a way,broke the stereotype of maids being black in TV and movies,by having a series(successful,too)about the adventures of a white live-in maid.In closing,the 1960's also had shows that were groundbreaking.
