My dad, after the Lions actually a won game, towards the end of the season, thus messing up their first round draft pick: "God, they don't even know how to lose!" On to baseball, where the Tigers caught me completely offguard by having a good year, thanks largely in part to Jim Leyland. I really thought Tram would have done better, but I guess not. Too bad Tiger Stadium close down, I used to love to go there. I also enjoyed Wrigley Field. Chicago Cubs are my second favorite team, for exactly two reasons: I like to root for the underdogs, and they had Harry Caray ("Dykstra spelled backwards, is Arstykad"). I was there a couple months after he died, really would have liked to meet him. Too bad that punk kid caught that ball a few years ago, the Cubs could have went all the way had that not happened. Loved Chicago in general. Look at me. What was this thread about again?
