Speaking of Jim Carrey movies, there was also "Dumb and Dumber." As for non-Jim Carrey movies(like "The Real Ghostbusters"), there was also "Men In Black," which itself was based on a comic book.

Ewoks, Droids, The Great Heep(animated prime time special), Clone Wars...All from Star Wars.

Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles

The Oddball Couple(Spiffy the Cat- Felix, Fleabag the Dog- Oscar)

I always thought The Goonies and Young Sherlock Holmes could have made for good cartoons.

What I think would've been funny, is if Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter did a surprise guest appearence on Wayne's World back when it was on SNL.

Anyway, I saw a DVD of a movie in a Wal-Mart discount bin that I knew was turned into a cartoon... but I forgot what it was.
