Don't think you need to go thru customs if you're traveling to Canada. I don't need to fly there, because I seriously live like 2 hours from the Canadian border.

but I'd need to fly if I was going someplace other than SK or MB in Canada.

I haven't met anyone from here, but I have met a couple online friends. And I've talked to them on the phone, too. There are a few people here I'd LOVE to hang with.

I've met a few on a soap opera board several years ago. They seemed so nice and friendly online but once I met them (well most of them), their personalities were SO different. So that wasn't a good experience.

However, one of my best friends is someone that I met on another soap board. We've talked on the phone once and email each other practically every day. I'd love to meet her or at least talk on the phone again. I even recruited her to Sitcoms Online, but she hasn't been on in a long time.

I'm thinking of trying to arrange another meeting with a couple of guy friends that I know online. Maybe for sometime in August. I'm just turning the idea over in my head right now. They both live quite far away, but it would be interesting to meet them.
