That and the fact that nobody talks in that cartoon is irritating as hell aslo.

Bloo from Foster's Home is the cartoon character that I can't stand. He's so self-centered and makes a lot of trouble and takes the blame of the other ones while he gets away with it.

Elmira from Tiny Toons is another I can't stand. She's so irritating!!

olive oil- the fact that she has to rely on popeye to come to her rescue and that she is as skinny as a rake says it all

timmy from 2 stupid dogs- that kid annoys me and i know he is a nerd but he can be such a dweeb

Actually, Olive could handle herself in a fight pretty well in the original Segar comic, shes just useless in the animations...a bit like the way Sailor Moon cant fight without Tuxedo Kamen in the anime.....hes barely used in the Manga version!

mei li in the japanese, yet china set anime, cooking master boy (chuka ichiban)- she just gets on my nerves, always whinging and frankly i don't care if she has a crush on liu mao, she's a nuisance

The one character I cannot stand is Lucy in the Peanuts cartoons. She's a very crabby girl and a bully to the other characters, especially Linus and Charlie Brown. With her five cent psychiatry booth, she could be considered the forerunner of Dr. Becker.

Spongebob Squarepants-I really dislike this show because It's just immature and too silly and Spongebob is kind of annoying, too.

) was always my least favorite character from the Scooby-Doo canon until that "13 Ghosts" kid Flim-flam (was that his name?) came along. It's as if he was created with the sole purpose of making Scrappy tolerable by comparison.
