Jackie Gleason also played a gangster who looked like Ralph in a "HONEYMOONERS" sketch on "The Jackie Gleason show" in the fifties. The sketch was running late; so they just ended it with no explanation-the show was done live.

Also, on a Christmas sketch of "THE HONEYMOONERS" on "The Jackie Gleason show", besides playing Ralph he also played some of the other characters he used to do on the show. (well, almost all. There was one character he didn't play-"loudmouth" Charlie Bratton)

Didn't David Schwimmer also play a guy who looked like Ross on "FRIENDS" once?

On Scrubs, nurse Laverne was killed off in season 6 and came back this season as a different character.

Dayton Lummis, actor who appeared on I Love Lucy three different times playing a producer, Bill Parker; as an MGM executive, Bill Sherman; and as a publisher, Mel Eaton.

on the last episode of "NICHOLS" (a short-lived western comedy-drama that James Garner starred in; in the early 70s) he was shot and died at the beggining; then in the rest of the episode he played his brother who came to town to claim the body.

On Golden Girls the guy who played Roses boyfriend Miles first appeared as another date with a different name on the show

John Stamos played his cousin and Jesse on FH
Martin on The Cosby Show played Martin Denises husband but years before played a blind date for Sondra
Dwayne Wayne played one of Theos friends on TCS and then guest starred as Denises friend Dwayne Wayne later
