I saw a movie the other day that reminded me of the Hazel character. I really liked Hazel so when the movie reminded me of that character, I sat back and really enjoyed the movie. It's called The Mating Season and it's an old one from 1951. Thelma Ritter played the character that reminded me of Hazel. She was this guy's mother who accidentally got mistaken for "the help" when she came to meet her son's new wife, and she ended up being their cook and housekeeper for a couple of weeks before the jig was up. She had the same sort of personality as Hazel and was helping the newlyweds with all sorts of problems without them knowing it. Anyway, you have to see the movie to appreciate it, but it was really good. Just thought I'd share that.
