Sad

Come back, kitty!!

That bothers me that the cat is declawed and left to fend for itself.

Sad Still No Cat

Well, still no sign of my cat; my boyfriend says that he's seen her across the street during the night but if it's her, she's not coming to us. One of my brothers made me some flyers last night; so I will be going around the area today to post them up in the neighborhood; maybe someone has seen her.

She's completely declawed and has been fixed; also hasn't had a vaccine in a little over a year so I'm worried that if she gets attacked by a sick animal that she will get sick herself. I hope that she will be ok and come back home real soon because I love her and miss her very much.

I will keep you all posted as I find out more and/or get her back.
Thank You for all of your support and concern. It means a lot to me.

I'm so sorry your cat ran away. It happens with a lot of cats. My first cat Scarlett was gone for about 3 days. I went door to door. I thought I would never see her again. As it turns out the whole time she was under my neighbors porch. Not alone though. She came back pregnant lol. Our grandma made us get rid of her though. And my cat now, Rhett, as escaped twice lol. Both times we shake his cat treats "Pounce" and he hears it and comes running. It's amazing. Maybe if your cat has a favorite treat, you can try that? She may not be too far.

Sad Here's An Update

My boyfriend was outside this morning around 8:30 (not too sure of the time)
anyway; he saw her under the shed and he called me. So, I went to look and sure enough she was under there. It really did look like her and we tried to get her to come out but no such luck.

I gave the (S.P.C.A.) a call and the woman told me that I could go there and get a cage to trap her if she doesn't come out on her own. So, in about an hour or so; if she hasn't come out then I will try to go there and get a cage.

What really bothers me and gets me mad; not to mention hurt is that my father doesn't seem to care more than that. He's the one that let her get out yet, it's no big deal that she's outside like that and could get hurt.
To him, it's just a cat; so what!!

I will keep you all posted; wish me lots of luck!!

She'll probably be pretty hungry. If you can, get some of her favourite food and put it in the cage. Remember, the old "heeeere kitty, kitty, kitty" works well too - even on "strange" cats.

Never try to chase or run for her though - she'll dart. She's scared. Remember, she knows you and connects you with food and comfort. If you have to, take as much time as you can and just sit by the shed (if she's still there) and speak gently to her. I'll bet you she'll come out after a while then. At least you know she's still close in the neighbourhood and hasn't been hit by a car or anything.

Sad Still No Cat

Well, last night I got a cage from the (S.P.C.A.) but still no such luck.
I'm getting really impatient and starting to lose hope. I don't want to give up on her but it's hard. I miss and love her so much; why is she not coming to us? We'll see if today will be a better day; I hope so. Keep you posted!!

if there were something i could do to help, i would. i've had my cat for 11 years and it breaks my heart to hear stories about people's beloved pets dying or running away, i can't imagine the pain i'd be enduring if mine did. i'm so sorry....i hope she comes home. don't give up.

Is she still under the neighbour's shed? Don't give up hope. Even if you end up having to get a bunch of friends together, circle the shed, close all openings except for one where you should put the cage. Have everyone start yelling and a commotion, and hopefully she'll dart right into the cage - or you could grab her (luckily she is declawed - just watch the back ones).

she's got to be getting pretty hungry by now.

Default She's Home (yahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

My cat came home; and I'm so happy. I just got home about 5 minutes ago and my boyfriend noticed her near the gate so I got out and called her, and she came to me. I grabbed her and kissed her. I am so happy.
