I am very happy that they kept Family Matters on at the same times. It's a ritual of mine when I come home in the afternoon to watch the show for an hour. I think that ABC Family should acquire "Blossom" and put it in the 5PM hour. Then I think this would be the perfect schedule.

I agree. Has Family Matters ever moved from that 1pm slot since it debuted? I just always remember watching it then, plus it must continue to garner good ratings. Now only if we could get a season release . . .

The 5pm hour should be filled with a sitcom. They have sitcoms all day from 12-8, with an airing of Gilmore Girls interrupting the schedule. I would just love to see BLossom there, then I could watch every show all day long.

Family Matters launched in the evening at 6-7pm I believe. It later moved to 1-2pm...it did leave for a brief period airing only 8-9am, but it returned shortly. It does decent for them in the 1-2pm hour. Gilmore Girls is their highest rated drama...no way it will move from its 5pm slot anytime soon. It has comedic elements to it, so it sort of fits the sitcom block.

i've always liked ABC Family. besides Full House which is on too much, they always balance their shows out nicely and (unless a show does REALLY badly), rarely give it truly bad treatment.

8 Simple Rules is funny and the only time i've seen it was when it aired on WB Daytime for a couple of months, so i might actually watch it on ABC Family.

I haven't seen Blossom since it orginally aired, it has been so long, I am guessing it is not showing anywhere right now? Addoing Blossom would be great since I want to see it again

I don't understand why they are airing "Grounded For Life" in the 7:00-8:00pm slot.

I thought that show didn't do well for them in the afternoon. So why air it in probably their best time slot?

Actually, that schedule sounds really good. I just wish they'd get rid of those infomercials. They have to realize that airing other shows can make them money too. Plus, I could watch ABC Family during the night sintead of sitting through Fresh Prince.

Yes I agree get rid of the infomercials and relgious programming, except for The 700 Club. No, I don't like it, but unfortuantely they're stuck with it. Their was a stipultation in the contract when CBN (Pat Robertson) sold The Family Channel to FOX that whoever owns the network has to keep The 700 Club on the network and keep "Family" in the name.

But that reminds me. How many times a day do they have to show The 700 Club anyways? I mean it's on 3 times a day on ABC Family. It's on the religious network TBN several times a day. And it's on local stations in some areas including CBS TV 3 in Springfield, Massachusetts. (That dates back to CBS TV 3's days as a TBN owned and operated station).

Is it on during latenight also? I thought they had to air it twice daily (once in the morning with a repeat in the evening). But still. That doesn't bother me much. That still has nothing to do with the informericials. How well can informericals at 3am really do?
