Hopefully The Apprentice will air in the summer, it doesn't deserve a slot during the regular season.

I'll be watching Journeyman and Chuck... and Lipstick Jungle in January(really disappointed this was delayed). I think it's going to have an upill battle though with 2 aging shows before it, and airing likely against WAT and Brothers and Sisters.

As far as Wednesday goes, definite disaster. Bionic Woman has no chance against Criminal Minds, likely Private Practice, and FOX's much hyped new sitcoms. I heard the pilot sucked too, so I'm not totally sure why this is on the Fall schedule.

30 episodes of The Office? Holy cow.

I haven't heard a production order like that for a sitcom since the late 60s

Its obvious that NBC is a far cry from what it used to be. Boring schedule.

8 Simple Rules, According to Jim, My Wife & Kids a few seasons back had close to 30 or more. As for dramas, 90210 and Melrose usually always had 30+ episodes a season.

the only show i care about is 30 Rock and i like that it's on at 8:30. now it doesn't have to face off against Grey's Anatomy and CSI. good move. i hope they advertise it a lot during the summer so it can get better ratings.

And 5 of the Office eps are one-hour so it's like having 35 episodes! 30 episodes of Heroes/Heroes: Origins too!

So I guess I can delete "Studio 60" from my DVR recording schedule?

From what I understand...it is 25 actual episodes of The Office, of which 5 of those will be 1-hour shows...so that is how they come up with 30 (half-hour) episodes.

None of the new shows look that interesting from the descriptions but I'll give the pilots a look in July.

However I'm glad to see FNL returning, although it's as close to a death slot as it can be. I also watch Heroes and the entire Thursday night comedy lineup

Well since the Apprentice is gone, I have no reason at all to turn to NBC, unless the Office grabs my attention in the summer

I think the ratings are usually fairly similar, they need "The Office" to anchor an hour and I think it makes more sense at 9pm, but I'm worried it might get clobbered by "CSI" and "Grey's"
