Oh oh! HATE CRIME! HATE CRIME!
That owner better watch out, or he will be prosecuted for a hate crime.
He obviously hates murderers who get off scot-free, and I don't know if that is legal.

WAY TO GO for the owner!!! It would look so good on him to get thrown out of anywhere he goes!

Better yet - to see him and Paris Hilton having to chowdown at a roadside picnic table of a greasy spoon (not even McDonald's) because America wised up and won't let either of them in any good establishment!

Here is part of the news story abt the racism accusation:

Simpson's attorney, Yale Galanter, said the incident was about race, and he intended to pursue the matter and possibly go after the restaurant's liquor license.

"He screwed with the wrong guy, he really did," Galanter said by telephone Tuesday night.

Ruby said the incident had to do with Simpson's past.

"It was the first time since 1994 he has ever shown any class," Ruby said. "He showed it that night in the restaurant" by leaving quietly.

Ruby said after Simpson left, people in the restaurant started applauding him. He said he has received about 100 positive e-mails since the incident.

The walls of Ruby's restaurants are decorated with celebrity photos. A photo of Simpson and Ruby used to be on display, but Ruby said he took it down after the killings.

Don't even get me started on the "race" thing again! lol as you say, he's more white than I am for God's sake!!

(I couldn't believe it when they brought that up at the trial. Funny how when they let the jury tour his home, his legal team took down all the pics of him with white folk).

As a matter of fact, you are correct. And that was brought up this morning on MSNBC. One of the hosts stated that any establishment can refuse service to anyone...including the color of their skin. However, if they make it obvious they are refusing service because of their race, religion, etc. they are gambling with a lawsuit. So, it is best that one not make an issue of those sort of things (racial et al).

This issue with O.J. was clearly based on the fact that the owner despised the bastard for what he did and how he clearly mocks the families of his victims. He may not have been convicted of a crime, but he WAS FOUND LIABLE IN A CIVIL COURT. I know that bastard O.J. is guilty and I would have done the same thing that owner did. KUDOS TO HIM!!!!!!
