Jackie Gleason used to compose music, and wrote the theme for "The Honeymooners" and on one episode of "The Jackie Gleason show" he performed a "ballet" with his wife that he wrote the music for. His wife was with the June Taylor Dancers who were regulars on THE JACKIE GLEASON SHOW.
I think he also wrote the theme for THE JACKIE GLEASON SHOW, too.

You're all well on top of things and I commend you for that. BTW, for anyone who listens to adult contemporary music, and this especially applies to Happy Days and Wings fans, let's not forget Crystal Bernard's hit duet with former Chicago bassist Peter Cetera from 1995, Forever Tonight. I thought you like to know.

Yeah. The band Thibodeaux was in was called David and the Giants. It was a secular band at first but all the members became Christians; so it became a Christian group during the '80s all the way up to the late '90s.

On The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet, we had:

Ricky Nelson: singer / composer / guitar player (lots of hits)
Ozzie: band leader / musician
Harriet: singer

Don Grady, Robbie from My Three Sons, works as a professional in the music industry.

Meredith MacRae of Petticoat Junction was a singer and released several recordings. She also toured with "The Girls of Petticoat Junction" with her fellow cast members.

I might mention too that Shelley Fabares from The Donna Reed Show had the hit recording "Johnny Angel" in 1962. And Jackie Gleason of The Honeymooners (among his shows) later released several music albums.

Raven-Symone co-wrote the theme song to That's So Raven and she sung in the season 2 episode "The Road To Audition". She has released 3 successful albums and starred in the Disney Channel Musical's "The Cheetah Girls" and "The Cheetah Girls 2".

Melissa Joan Hart sung in the second season of Sabrina the Teenage Witch in "The Band Episode". She sung "One Way Or Another" and it also appeared on the Sabrina The Teenage Witch soundtrack. She also sung on the soundtrack to her earlier show "Clarissa Explains It All"

Also from Laverne & Shirley Lenny & Squiggy (Michael Mckean & David Landers) performed several songs on the show and they were pretty good.
Carmine (Eddie Mekka) could sing & dance too.

Also David Cassidy and Shirley Jones from The Partridge Family were very talented singers.

And Shaun Cassidy from The Hardy Boys could sing too.

Absolutely one of my favorite episodes is when Ginger, Mary Ann, and Mrs. Howell perform as The Honeybees ("You need me...") in response to The Mosquitos on the island. (Remember how one of the guys really fell for Ginger?)

Jeff Conaway of Taxi released a couple of singles around 1979 and maybe an album but I'm not certain. I have a promo copy of one of his records around here somewhere but can't recall the name of it.

David Naughton sang the theme for his series Makin' It
