Talking with food in their mouths is what causes them to CHOKE! If the kids ate their food THEN talk with their mouths empty, there wouldn't be a problem.

Well, as a teacher who has to supervise kids in the cafeteria, I like the idea as the migraine I walk away with is unfortunate. But, in a normal situation, lunch is when the kids get the talking out of the systems so they will be quite in the classrooms (though this doesn't work at my school lol)

lol, mine either. I'm in our lunchroom for only maybe 10 minutes at most, but I'm usually glad to go outside for recess duty. The talking isn't loud out there.
