You know, I know we've said that it wasn't Paul Rudd in the Angela Hammond segment, but I can see where MikeM would think so. I just rewatched this segment and there ARE similarities between Paul Rudd and the re-enactment actor, although I feel like there are more resemblances between Paul Rudd and the actual boyfriend.
Just my two cents... again.

Hey, could we call the Kevin and Bean, the two LA DJ's that perpetrated the murder hoax on KROQ, celebrities? If so, they should be added to the list, although I CANNOT believe they were still allowed on the air after this cruel hoax. Guess it just goes to show us all that ratings really rule.

Do you mean strictly famous actors who have actually participated in a re-enactment or actors and celebrities as a whole who have simply been interviewed? Or both?

Wasn't the New Kids On The Block on a segment? Forgot who the girl was but she went missing and actually wound up in one their videos.Think they taped a segment for the show asking the girl in the aforementioned video to come forward.

I'm not sure if the actual NKOTB was on UM, the video was though. It was later proved to not be Kerri Lynn Nixon but a look-alike, who apparently thought it was funny that people thought she was KLN. |

2 of the band members appeared making a plea, although I couldn't tell you which ones or their names because I have no idea.
I hadn't heard about the Kerry Lynn Nixon look-alike thinking it was funny, was that on the second update? I have no idea what about it she found funny. |

Katherine Korzillus was the six-year-old girl who was found unconscious on a Texas street in 1996, and died of injuries she had sustained. Mia Zapata was a local singer in Seattle who was murdered in 1993. Mia's murder has been solved, but Katherine's death remains a mystery. |

The Update where the 2 members of NKOTB asked the Kerri Lynn Nixon´s look-alike to contact authorities is on CD´s volume 1. The identity of that girl remains a mystery but, sadly, she wasn´t Kerri. If I remember correctly this Update was never aired on Lifetime. But the girl that you are referring to is a Nyleen Kay Marshall look-alike who finds this whole situation as funny. |

I am totally aging myself AND I'll probably lose the respect of several of you on here... but it was Jordan and Jonathan Knight who appeared in the update, urging Kari to call her family. Yes, yes, I was a NKOTB fan. A BIG one. I've been known to sing a Karaoke version of "Hangin' Tough" when I've had a few too many...

Off-topic, but New Kids were HUGE when I was like 9 or 10. I never got into it, I was into pro wrestling, but there were some girls in my class that would have some HEATED arguments over who was hotter, etc.

I apologize for *also* going off topic... but isn't it OBVIOUS that the cutest member of NKOTB was Joey McIntyre?
Duh. (and yeah, Wiseguy... I'm pegging us at right about the same age...and Alan IS 'da man!)BACK ON TOPIC: Did someone mention Dennis Cole? I know that Henry Rollins has been brought up for the same segment (the Joe Cole murder) but we can't forget that Dennis Cole was a quite popular actor on "The Young and the Restless." I don't know who he played. For THAT infor, I'd have to ask my mom... or IMDB. (EDIT: OMG... Dennis Cole WAS already named... by ME! ....I'm losing my mind. Stupid Bar Exam. )

Oh yeah CRICCI, Joey was the cutest! MMMMM
I apologize about the misunderstanding, perhaps I was confusing the Kerri look-alike with the Nyleen Kay Marshall look-alike. My mistake! |
