My favorites are all the sports channels. And FOX25.

CBS- Survivor & Baby Bob
NBC- Fear Factor & The Weakest Link
TV Land- Classic TV Favorites
Gameshow Network- Hollywood Showdown, All-New Three's A Crowd, & The Newlywed Game

That's about it.

The only two channels that get regular play on my tv is Tvland and Scifi. I only watch Scifi when TZ is on.

Hmm...

I have the TV on constantly, but quite honestly I watch very little variety anymore.

Most of the time I have it on TV Land.

I also watch:
SoapNet (for General Hospital)
ABC (for The Court)
NBC (for the local news and Jay Leno)
CNN (for world news)
E! (for various programs)
SciFi Channel (mostly for Lexx, but for a few other things as well)

Other channels get watched, but with no particular regularity.
