Well that depends.

Taking any shot with no one under the basket is a risk, and pretty bad unless you are in a desperate situation.

But I thought you were critcising the type of shot, not the aspects of what is going on beyond it.

No player should take that shot? Not Jordan? Let me tell you, we need another guy to make that kinda sick shot like Jordan would make.
