I was never sent to the office or suspended. Instead, they would have my mom come up to school about once every two weeks. I was always the center of attention.

many times - i missed over 2 months in the 10th grade due to various suspensions i earned for a number of different things I did, including smoking, throwing things out windows (mostly books and furniture - no people), playing my guitar in school (with the music department's amplifier at full volume while locking myself in the music room), destruction of school property (mostly from pranks gone awry and random mischief), breaking into the vice principal's office (broke off his doorknob in the process too), building obstructions to the entrances to the teachers parking lot, leaving school during school hours, harrassing substitute teachers, and some other stuff I cant mention...

yet i still got mostly B's and A's and most of MY teachers liked me so it wasnt a problem.

Oh, I'm digging up ancient history here. Let's see, I didn't do it a lot, but I was sent to the office several times during junior and high school. Skipping classes and study hall, skipping detentions, late for homeroom attendance, and once for throwing a pencil across the classroom. I only did it because some *** threw it at me first and naturally the teacher saw me throwing it back so I was the bad guy.

I was even sent to the office for having a Fangoria magazine (you'd think it was a Playboy)in English class and once for playing my Vanity 6 tape on the boom box in the music room. I also got caught for skipping a stupid football assembly. A few kids and I also got a good talking to once for leaving the school grounds during lunchtime because we went to McDonalds. I also asked to use the restroom once near the end of a class once. Lunch was next and instead of going to the restroom I snuck into the darkened cafeteria to buy a Coke before they turned off the machine during lunch. I got caught by a teacher while walking out of the cafeteria. You were only allowed to buy juice or milk during lunch!!!!!

One of my friends was sent to the office once because of his t-shirt. There used to be a record label years ago called Stiff Records. He had one of their t-shirts on and the slogan was "If it isn't Stiff, it isn't worth a ****."

Oh, I was told by the principal once not to wear my leather jacket and boots to school. It was improper for 15 year old boys (this was 1985/86) to wear that stuff to school I was told.

I don't think I was too bad misbehaved.

I was sent to the office alot, and was suspended a few times. I was kicked out of one school altogether in the 8th grade, and put into an alternative school, where I did very well.

what they give a CTC (critical thinking center) for is if someone is disrupting a class, being rude, etc. and you get a little yellow paper you have to fill out in the hall, and it makes you write what you did wrong, then you have to go to detention the next day during lunch and if you don't, you get more detentions.

It was mostly due to skipping alot of school. I hated being in a class of 35 people, so I use to hide in the bushes until my parents left to work, then I'd go back home. I didn't get in trouble for fighting and things like that, it was mostly just for truency.

...was that some sort of freudian slip, or do you still have VD (Valentine's Day,of course, but it SHOULD be referred to as a disease) on the brain?

I hope it was just a freudian slip, or else I'd be really offended. Quote: "I just never would have kissed you." Why not?? I had fresh breath. LOL!! I'm just joking around of course, I know it was just a typo.

Just one time in 6th grade. I was being harassed in school and I got lectured on how I should "Ignore" the kids that were doing it. Kind of tough to ignore physical abuse.

I was glad when we moved to a better school district.
