In the episode "Pal Joey" Danny's and Joey's middle names are mentioned when Danny and Joey recall how they first met, and the 2 of them go to the school to dig up the pledge that they signed, and buried when they were kids saying that they would always be friends.

well so did i the first time i saw that episode, but then the second time, cause i had taped it, and i went back and watched it after it ended on tv, and i listened agian, and i heard Elvin. with an E.
