I ate a bowl of cat food when I was seven. Intentionally. With milk and sugar. It was early in the morning. No one knew until I told them. I was such a cat nut back then.

Word of caution: Seafood flavor is NOT an ideal choice if you try this at home.

The teacher reportedly said the students were on the knees "barking like dogs" so she fed them dog food.

Maybe this demonstrates the fact that people will blindly follow authority even when something is clearly wrong. Kids eating dog food because the teacher "instructs" them to.

Right. The teacher has issues, and I wouldn't want her near any kid of mine.

I also nibbled on the red pieces in Chuck Wagon when I was a kid. It wasn't bad.
