Actor Kirk Baily, best known for his role as Kevin "Ug" Lee on the early '90s Nickelodeon classic "Salute Your Shorts," has died at age 59 on February 28, 2022, 6 months after being given a Confirmed diagnosis of Lung Cancer.

The middle of 5 boys growing up in New York City, New York, Kirk William Baily was born on February 2, 1963 in New York City; per IMDB, before pursuing Acting full-time himself, Kirk had been an Acting Teacher until 1987.

After Nickelodeon ceased production on "Salute Your Shorts," Kirk Baily continued his acting career in guest appearances on shows such as "7th Heaven" and "Melrose Place," as well as voice roles in films such as "Frozen."
