The picture under your name is called an avatar and if you go to the announcements that tj puts up at the top of the board it tells you how to put in an avatar. The signatures I couldn't figure out (lol I'm sort of a computer illiterate too) till good old steve (aka NORM) told me that in the user cp where it says edit profile, where you write your signature you simply find a site with a pic and put the address between [img]
