Your cable company hasn't updated their feeds then because they now have a East and West coast feed as of this summer. You must be receiving the East coast feed, because the majority of the people there would be watching the shows on the same schedule as the East coast (meaning you would be watching The Love Boat at 8PM PST like the east coast gets The Love Boat at 8PM EST). Mountain time is one hour earlier than Pacific.
