I would love to see that... I wonder if they were conserving tape in those days, because many bloopers actually made it to the air. Off the top of my head I remember Rob dialing a telephone number before he'd looked it up in the yellow pages. And in another show (sorry I don't remember all the titles), when Buddy and Rob have to work without Sally because she's guesting on the Stevie Parsons (?) show, there was some dialogue between them in the office that I'll bet was ad-libbed.
Buddy and Rob were getting on each other's nerves (also, Mel comes in to check on their progress on the script and there's a rare occasion where *Rob* insults him), Buddy gives Rob some ideas he'd written out and Rob says something like, "Why don't you read so I can write it", which though hilarious, sounded as if this happened: DVD blew the line, Morey took it and ran with it, and then all bets were off as they played the rest of the scene by ear.
Also, in "Turtles, Ties & Toreadors" (one of my favorites) where the Petries get a Spanish speaking only maid, I wondered if Dick was working after dental surgery or something, because I noticed he kept saying "Barthelona" instead of "Barcelona". I'm sure there are other bloopers but I'm not coming up with them now. But it's one of the things I find so endearing about this show (bloopers fascinate me). Unlike other old sitcoms, this one never grows old because I find things I never noticed before every time I watch a show.
