If someone thought that Kurt Cobain's death was a faked-suicide conspiracy to make that happen, no jury would ever convict that person!
Personally, I think Kurt decided to off himself when he saw Madonna on David Letterman's show the week before and realize that the false-MTV-idol culture he was waging war against was too daunting an enemy to fight.
