I posted a 2nd article that repeats but it shows surveillance pics of the suspect from 2001 around a decade after the i70 killings happened. If that's connected they at least have some pics, and they mentioned dna also.

Interesting, the 2001 crime says it was a robbery? I don't know that the IH 70 Killer robbed the stores, but that wasn't necessarily clear either. the authorities seemed to claim that robbery was not the motive, but they didn't exactly say if the killer took anything. it seems like the IH 70 Killer is getting more attention now, and I don't recall DNA evidence being mentioned before...
