However, the guy who killed Dexter Stefonek was on the run a few years later. So, in 1991, he has gotten rid of the truck with the cow catcher on the front and now has this other one. The one with a picture of a bass on the back glass. Cow catcher in the front of one truck ....picture of a bass on the back of another? Hmm..makes me wonder. Why? Well...he’s an outdoorsman. Likes fishing. Also, maybe, he could have owned cattle at one point. And with Dexter Stefonek, he was like “I am out of gas. I need a lift to get some. Can you help me?” Dexter is hard of hearing and the guy thinks Dexter is ignoring him. Next thing you know, he’s pulled a gun on the poor guy. Same with Angela. He needed to use the phone. To his mind, Angela was in the way. He thinks he’s being ignored. So, this makes him flashback to Dexter a few years earlier in Montana. So...just like years earlier, he just snaps. He grabs Angela in a state of absolute rage and drives off with her. Crazy, far out theory, yes. But...it’s always made me wonder
