I have 5 remotes in my room -

*one for my TV
*one for my satalite system (which works the TV aswell)
*one for my VCR
*one for my DVD player
*one for my hi-fi

I always keep them in the same place - the first 3 next to my bed, the other 2 under the television - so I very rarely lose them. If I do misplace them it's usually only for a few seconds (I have a habit of sitting on them quite a lot!
