I don't know who is telling the truth here, but I do know that one actor was eventually able to expose his ex for the word that I can't say that she truly ended up being: Sasha Mitchell (Cody) of Step By Step. He was finally able to prove that she was the problem and not him. Sadly that wasn't until after she had already gotten him fired from the show.
