As a country music fan, I am very familiar
with Sherrie'(Pippa) Austin's music. Her new CD, Followin' A Feelin', is awesome, in particular "Somethin' Missin' In The Kissin'", and "Back Where I Belong". She has done a lot of great songs "Little Bird", "Dreaming Out Loud", "I Want To Fall In Love So Bad It Hurts", " Lucky In Love", "Put Your Heart Into It" to name a few. She is very much in the Shania Twain, Patty Loveless style of singing. But she is branching out into George Strait/ Brooks And Dunn style Texas Swing Music, with "Somethin' Missin' In The Kissin'", and doing a great job with it. One more thing, her season as Pippa, paid for the vocal lessons with Dolly Parton's and Emmy Lou Harris's vocal coaches. If they do a "Facts" reunion movie, lets include her singing it.
