It actually kind of does. The agreement probably was that they could only use it for television airings. If they were to use it for the vidoes, they'd probably have to go back into negotiation hell with Joelsongs (the publisher), and to be honest, I don't think that - at this point in his life - Billy wants to hear one of his compositions as a television theme song.
