Have you tried rebooting your cable box?
Unplug your cable box for at least a minute (or is it 10 minutes---can't remember) This is about all Time Warner will tell you to do!!
It will take awhile to reboot.
I have started to unplug it at night just before I go to bed, then plug it back in after it has been off overnight, seems to help, not sure why (?????)
