I think you're asking whether we think Fonzie was cool or shy. That is a very interesting question, which I've never really given any thought to. But, it seems that he may have been both. Fonzie was never a very outgoing person, but rather kept to himself and a small circle of close friends and family. But, he did do VERY well with the ladies!
There's an old proverbial saying. I forget its exact wording, but I can remember the gist of it. Its something like when a person speaks the least, he leaves the most profound impact when he does speak because people tend to listen to him more. I don't know how true that is, but it does seem to work in Fonzie's circumstance.
