Hi, sorry I haven't been on for the past few days. I have been getting messages when I try to log on to Outlook.com that it won't use my e-mail address and password without a security code. It's asking me for a code that can be sent to an alternate e-mail address which I have not used in over the past two years, like I'm going to remember that. It's asking me for security questions and all these things to try to verify that "I am me", and it's just a weird runaround. I don't know what to do. Anyone else have these problems?
