I love them all! Perfect Strangers is such a great show. I'd love to see the rest of the series get released to DVD.
Definitely! I LOVE Christmas (and Easter of course) and it's great to see such-themed episodes on TV. And particularly "A Christmas Story" episode- this one reminds us about the baby Jesus who came at Christmas- "Sheepherders were the first to get the News, you know."
It's always great to see TV shows and movies, etc. actually acknowledge Christ as the reason for Christmas. And of course, Christmas isn't complete without Easter- when He died and rose again to give us salvation from sin.
That is why I love both holidays and celebrate both every day- because of Jesus.
From what I have read, Miller and Boyett (the producers for this show and a lot of other family friendly shows) are Christians and sometimes their Christian values can generally be seen on their shows.
(On the other hand, Larry had a tendency take The Lord's Name in vain a lot- so that's not good....
.)
But I try to test everything and hold on to the good- and avoid all appearance of evil. So that's what I do with this show too. For the most part, it's really good and I love watching it.
