No definitely not. In the segment, there are two girls (I am sure of that) on a holiday (maybe Europe?). They have a picture taken of them and there is a reflection from a mirror or something of a person taking the picture. It appears to be a man. Now, chances are it was a passerby who just was asked to take the picture but they did want to know who it was to shed some more light on the case if at all possible.
Come on, UM vets, I'm starting to look like a crazy man now, I know this was a segment!
